Our Clinical Research for the Intelligent Stroke Risk Prediction Platform was presented at the 26th European Stroke Conference in Berlin, Germany on 24 May 2017.
Past Research Findings: Past world-wide researches have shown that serum albumin (ALB), red blood cell (RBC) count, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) are all significantly correlated with stroke. Use of the routine blood test results to predict stroke risk has never been reported.
Our research study showed that 31 parameters including age, systolic & diastolic blood pressure and blood testing results of CBC, CMP and lipids are also significantly correlated with stroke. The predicting accuracy was 98.1% and the clinical verification rate was 95.9%.
